VoiceWeb chosen by Vodafone Qatar to run " World Of Prizes" Promotion
VoiceWeb was chosen by Vodafone Qatar to implement its "World of Prizes" Promotion, a tailored concept focused on boosting operator ARPU while rewarding Vodafone customers with more than 100 exciting prizes including capital cash prize of 100.000 QR, 8 luxury Toyota Fortuner, daily iPhone 5 or Samsung S4 smartphones, and many other surprise prizes.
Courtesy of Voiceweb's "Dynamic Dialogue Engine" platform, the customer-centric concept includes free registration, enabling all subscribers to take part in the promotion without charge. Participants can play in the language of their choice as the storyboard has been ported in 5 different languages (Arabic, English, Malayalam, Nepali, and Urdu) to cater to the needs of Vodafone Qatar multicultural subscriber base. In addition, each language group receives communications tailored to their cultural preferences to increase the level of engagement and the number of interactions.
